[Personal Information Protection]

  1. The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary within the scope required to provide the service when collecting members' personal information.
  2. The Company does not pre-collect information required to fulfill a purchase contract during membership registration. However, this only applies if the Company needs to collect the minimum specific personal information for identity verification before a purchase contract to comply with relevant legal obligations.
  3. When the Company collects and uses a member’s personal information, it shall inform the member of the purpose and obtain their consent.
  4. The Company cannot use the collected personal information for purposes other than those specified. If a new purpose arises or if it is provided to a third party, the Company must inform the member of the new purpose and obtain their consent at the stage of use or provision. However, this does not apply if otherwise stipulated by relevant laws.
  5. When the Company needs to obtain a member’s consent under Clauses 3 and 4, it must specify or notify in advance the identity of the person responsible for managing the personal information (affiliation, name, phone number, and other contact details), the purpose of collection and use, and information related to third-party provision (recipient, purpose of provision, and contents of provided information) as stipulated by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. The member can withdraw this consent at any time.
  6. Members can request to view and correct any errors in their personal information held by the Company at any time, and the Company is obliged to take necessary actions without delay. If a member requests an error correction, the Company will only use the personal information once the error is corrected.
  7. The Company shall minimize the number of personnel handling members' personal information for privacy protection and is fully responsible for any damages incurred by members due to loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized third-party provision, or alteration of personal information, including credit cards and bank accounts.
  8. The Company or third parties who have received personal information from the Company shall promptly destroy the personal information once the purpose of its collection or provision has been achieved.
  9. The Company does not pre-select the consent field for collecting, using, and providing personal information. Additionally, the Company specifies the services that will be limited if consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information is refused and does not restrict or refuse membership registration or service provision for refusal to consent to the collection, use, and provision of non-essential personal information.
  10. The Company may provide members’ personal information to third parties within the scope permitted by law in the following cases:

1)If requested by investigative or other government agencies through due legal process.

2)If necessary to confirm illegal activities by the member that violate relevant laws.

3)When providing the minimum necessary member information (name, address, phone number) to sellers or delivery companies for transaction and delivery purposes

4)When it is required to satisfy a purchase contract and returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations after the purchase are necessary

5)If required by other relevant laws.
